Body Oil
Use on damp skin, straight out of the shower. Warm four to six drops between your palms and press it into legs, arms, and shoulders while there is still water on the skin. That water is what the oil seals in.
Body Butter
Scoop a small amount with dry fingers and let it melt for a second before it touches skin. Work it into the places that go dry first: elbows, knees, heels, the backs of the arms. A little goes further than you think.
Body Balm Stick
Swipe directly onto anywhere that needs protecting through the day. Cuticles, knuckles, lips, ankles above a shoe line, a child’s cheeks in cold wind. It travels in a pocket and needs no hands to apply.

Teff is an ancient Ethiopian grain, and in our formulas it is used for its fatty acids and minerals, which help skin hold moisture and feel softer over time. It is also the ingredient that connects these products to where they come from.
Every formula is made without synthetic fragrance, parabens, or fillers. That said, botanical ingredients are still active ingredients, so if your skin reacts easily, patch test on your inner arm and wait 24 hours before going further.
The ingredients are gentle and food-grade in origin, and many customers use the balm on their children. If you are pregnant or treating a young child, show the ingredient list to your doctor first. We would rather you ask.
The oil absorbs in a few minutes on damp skin. Give it that time before you dress or get into bed and it will not transfer.
Used daily, the Body Butter runs about six to eight weeks and the Body Oil about eight to ten. The Balm Stick lasts longest because you use so little of it at a time.
Because there are no synthetic preservatives, use within twelve months of opening. Keep everything out of direct sun and away from a hot bathroom windowsill.

Shipping
Orders are packed by hand in California and ship within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order leaves us, USPS delivery takes 3 to 5 business days for standard shipping and 1 to 2 for priority. You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your label is created.
Standard shipping is $6 flat within the United States, and free on every order over $75. We do not ship internationally yet.
Our butters and balms are made without synthetic stabilizers, so in hot weather they may soften in transit. This does not affect the product. Let the jar rest at room temperature and it will firm back up.
Returns
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Email us with your order number and we will send a return label. Refunds post to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of arrival.
For hygiene reasons we cannot resell opened skincare, so opened products are not eligible for return. If something arrived damaged, melted beyond use, or simply is not right, write to us anyway. Send a photo within 14 days and we will replace it or refund it.
Bundles are returned as a complete set. Sale items are final sale.
