Terms of Service
Last updated 26 August 2026. These terms cover buying from and using misssababotanicals.com. Nothing here overrides rights you have by law.
Agreement
These terms apply when you use misssababotanicals.com or buy from Miss Saba Ethiopian Botanicals (“Miss Saba”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not order.
Our products are made and shipped from California, United States. You can reach us at any time at saba@misssababotanicals.com.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm by email when the order is accepted and again when it ships. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, if there was a pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel after you have paid, you get a full refund.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice, though a change never affects an order already placed. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor.
Current prices: Body Oil $43.00; Body Butter $29.00 (4 oz), $57.00 (two 4 oz jars), $63.00 (8 oz); Body Balm Stick $37.00; The Complete Ritual $129.00.
Shipping
Orders are packed by hand and ship within 2 to 3 business days. Standard shipping is $6 flat within the United States, free on orders over $75. We do not ship internationally yet. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and once a parcel is with the carrier its timing is out of our hands.
Risk passes to you on delivery. If a parcel arrives damaged, tell us within 14 days.
Returns
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For hygiene reasons opened skincare cannot be resold and is not eligible for return, unless it arrived damaged or faulty. Bundles are returned as a complete set. Sale items are final sale. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, and photograph them honestly, but colour and texture can vary slightly between batches because the ingredients are botanical rather than synthetic.
Not medical advice
Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. Nothing on this site is medical advice and nothing here is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. Botanical ingredients are still active ingredients: patch test if your skin reacts easily, and speak to your doctor if you are pregnant, treating a child, or have a skin condition.
Your account and conduct
If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. Do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it runs, or to copy our content for your own commercial use.
Our content
The text, photographs, logo and design on this site belong to Miss Saba Ethiopian Botanicals. You may not reproduce them commercially without written permission.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the courts of California will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published when you place your order is the version that governs it.
