Oil to seal. On damp skin, straight out of the shower. Warm four to six drops between your palms and press into legs, arms and shoulders while there is still water on the skin.

Butter to restore. Scoop a small amount with dry fingers and work it into elbows, knees, heels and the backs of the arms. Best at night, or over the oil for deeper repair.

Balm to protect. Swipe onto anywhere that needs protecting through the day: cuticles, knuckles, lips, ankles.
